There are small-size firm owners who need to delegate invoicing to his collaborators. At the same time they need to be able to control the whole process at office or on the go before the invoices were sent to clients
This way they will have more time available to dedicate to strategic issues.
The goal

Our InvoiceFactory app will let users create, approve, send and track invoices for their services.
It will affect small businesses owners and their collaborators by letting collaborators create invoices and business owners supervise their creation and approve them before sending them to clients.

After intense brainstorming meetings, how-might-we sessions and research, our team provided an unbeatable value proposition and decided to design an app with a collaborative feature and an approval workflow.
The idea arose to name users' to-do list as InvBox.
